Treasure Trove Toronto reserves the right to amend, modify, or change the rules and procedures of the contest at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to participants through text messages and posted on the official Treasure Trove Toronto website.

Publicity:

The names and prize details of the winners may be publicly disclosed via social media, press releases, and the official Treasure Trove Toronto website. Participants consent to this publicity as a condition of entry.

Indemnification:

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Treasure Trove Toronto, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses incurred during their participation in the contest.
