Objective:

Restrictions:

Employees and family members of Treasure Trove Inc. are disqualified from winning prizes in the contest.

Tiebreaker:

Disqualification:

Amendment Clause:

Treasure Trove Inc. reserves the right to amend, modify, or change the rules and procedures of the contest at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to participants through text messages and posted on the official Treasure Trove Toronto website.

Publicity:

The names and prize details of the winners may be publicly disclosed via social media, press releases, and the official Treasure Trove Toronto website. Participants consent to this publicity as a condition of entry.

Indemnification:

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Treasure Trove Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses incurred during their participation in the contest.

Event Variation:

Alternative Prize:

This contest is governed by and subject to the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes related to the contest will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
